Our story

01

Why Shapes exists.

Most businesses were told AI would change everything. What they needed was someone to make it work on Monday morning.

Shapes started with a simple observation: the hard part of AI is not the model. It is understanding how work really moves through a business, connecting the systems involved, and deciding where a person must stay in control.

So we work from the problem outward. We map the process, score what is worth automating, and build on n8n, an open platform our clients own outright, so every workflow can be understood, maintained, and extended long after we hand it over.

That approach has taken our work to businesses in 14 countries, from Belgium and the Netherlands to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

The team

02

One team, from first map to live workflow.

Every project is delivered by the same team that scopes it, working remotely across time zones with a named lead for each client.

  • 01

    Strategy and process

Maps how work really happens, finds where time and errors go, and decides what is worth automating first.

  • 02

    AI and automation engineering

Builds the workflows, assistants, and agents, with validation, human review, and logging designed in.

  • 03

    Integration and data

Connects CRMs, finance, and operations systems, and turns their data into reports people can trust.

  • 04

    Delivery and support

Runs projects against an agreed scope, hands over clearly, and keeps live workflows healthy afterwards.

Why clients choose us

03

What working with Shapes looks like.

  • You own everything

Workflows run in your n8n account, documented and handed over. No lock-in, no black boxes.

  • Senior people, start to finish

The people who scope your project are the people who build and support it.

  • People stay in control

Human checkpoints are designed into every workflow where decisions carry weight.

  • Measured, not promised

We agree how success is measured before building, and compare before and after.

  • Across time zones

A remote team working with clients across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, with call times to match.

  • One partner, every stage

From audit to build to managed support, without handing you between agencies.
