n8n automation
Shapes designs, builds, and runs AI workflows on n8n: set up properly in your account, connected to your tools, and documented so you are never dependent on us.
Why n8n
01
An open platform you can own.
We build on n8n because it gives clients control over their data, their costs, and their workflows, while still moving fast.
You own it
Run n8n Cloud or self-host in your own account. Your workflows and data stay yours, with no lock-in to an agency.
Connects to anything
Hundreds of built-in integrations, plus webhooks and HTTP requests for any system with an API.
Built for AI
AI agents, vector stores, and models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source, inside the same workflow.
Predictable cost
Cloud plans count workflow runs rather than every step, and self-hosting avoids per-run fees altogether.
Cloud or self-hosted
02
Two ways to run n8n. Both stay yours.
We recommend one based on your data, volume, and team, then set it up in your account.
| n8n Cloud | Self-hosted | |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs the servers | n8n | You, in your cloud account (we set it up) |
| Where data is processed | n8n's cloud regions | The region you choose, for example the EU |
| Setup time | Same day | About a week, including backups and monitoring |
| Ongoing maintenance | Handled by n8n | Updates and backups, or a care plan |
| Best for | Getting started quickly | Data control, high volume, or custom needs |
What we do on n8n

From first setup to a capable team.
n8n Health Check and Optimisation
A review of an existing n8n setup: failing workflows, security, performance, cost, and maintainability, with a prioritised list of fixes.

How we build
04
Engineering standards on every workflow.
What separates a workflow that runs for years from one that breaks quietly in a month.
Separate environments
Development, staging, and production, so changes are tested before they touch live work.
Version control
Workflows kept in Git, with a history of every change and a way back.
Error workflows
Every workflow reports failures to a named person with the context to fix them.
Credential hygiene
Least-privilege API keys stored in n8n's encrypted credentials, never in workflow code.
Reusable sub-workflows
Shared logic built once and reused, with clear names and folders.
Tested on real data
Normal cases, edge cases, and failures tested with your examples before launch.
Code where it helps
JavaScript or Python nodes for logic that is clearer in code than in boxes.
Documented handover
Every workflow comes with a description, a runbook, and an owner.
Migration
05
Moving from Zapier or Make, without downtime.
Automations are rebuilt in n8n and run alongside the old ones until the results match, then switched over in planned groups.

Ownership
06
Your instance. Your workflows. Your data.
We set n8n up in your account and build inside it. If you ever change partner, everything stays with you.
Each client has its own n8n, either an n8n Cloud subscription or a self-hosted instance in the client's cloud account. Credentials, workflows, and execution data live there.
We work through accounts you grant and can revoke, and every workflow is documented so your team, or another partner, can maintain it.
n8n questions
07
Common questions about n8n.
Why do you build on n8n?
n8n is open, connects to almost any system, supports AI agents natively, and can run in your own account. That means you own your workflows and data, with predictable costs.
Should we use n8n Cloud or self-host it?
n8n Cloud is the quickest to run. Self-hosting in your own cloud account gives more control over data location and cost at volume. We recommend one based on your situation and set it up.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. We build inside your n8n instance, and every workflow is documented so your team or another partner can maintain it.
Can our team edit the workflows themselves?
Yes. We hand over with documentation and, if you want, training, so your team can make everyday changes safely.
Can you migrate us from Zapier or Make?
Yes. We rebuild automations in n8n, run them alongside the old ones until results match, then switch over in planned steps without downtime.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the task and your data rules: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source models. We confirm each provider's data terms before use.

Tell us what is taking too much time, what is difficult to manage, or what you would like your systems to do differently. You do not need a technical specification to start.
