Accessibility statement

This website is built to be usable by everyone. We work to WCAG 2.2 level AA, and if something does not work for you, we want to hear about it.

01Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to learn about our work and get in touch with us, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we test the website against it when we make changes.

02What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure and landmarks, and a skip link to the main content.
  • Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in our black, white, and grey palette.
  • Pages reflow to narrow screens and zoom up to 400% without horizontal scrolling.
  • Animations respect your operating system's “reduce motion” setting; animated diagrams then show their final state.
  • Diagrams and illustrations have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields have labels, required fields are explained, and errors are announced and linked to their field.

03Known limitations

The booking scheduler on our Book a free call page is provided by Calendly and is outside our direct control. If you find it difficult to use, send us a message through the contact form or by email and we will arrange a time with you directly.

Some third-party platform logos are shown as images with their names as text alternatives; they are not needed to understand any page.

If any part of the website does not work for you, email shapesai.connect@gmail.com. We are happy to provide information in another format or to correspond in whatever way suits you.

05Reporting a problem

If you find an accessibility problem, please tell us the page and what happened, including your browser and any assistive technology if you can. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix confirmed issues as soon as we reasonably can.

06Review of this statement

We review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the website. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
