The problem

01

What this solves.

Access is granted and removed by hand across many tools, monitoring alerts arrive faster than anyone can read them, and backups of business data depend on someone remembering.

What changes

  • Access granted and removed on time, with a record
  • Alerts routed to the right person with context
  • Regular backups of critical SaaS data
  • Routine IT requests handled without tickets piling up

Use cases

02

What this looks like in practice.

Typical examples. Every build is scoped to your own process and systems.

01

Joiners and leavers

HR changes trigger account creation or removal across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other tools, with a log for audits.

02

Alert triage

Monitoring and security alerts are grouped, summarised, and routed to the on-call person with the context needed to act.

03

SaaS backups

Critical data from business tools is exported on a schedule to storage you control, with a check that each backup completed.

Scope

03

What we can build.

Capabilities

  • User provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Incident and alert routing
  • AI triage of security and monitoring alerts
  • Scheduled backups and exports
  • IT request intake and approvals
  • Status reporting

How it works

We work with your IT lead to agree access rules and escalation paths, then automate the predictable parts and keep approvals for anything sensitive.

Tools we commonly work with

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • Slack
  • Jira
  • GitHub
  • Grafana
  • Cloudflare
  • Docker

Limits and human review

Admin-level actions always run with least-privilege credentials and, where agreed, a person's approval. We do not replace a security team; we give it time back.

Questions

06

Common questions.

Is it safe to automate access changes?

Yes, when done with least-privilege credentials, approvals for sensitive steps, and a full log. These are built in by default.

Can you work with our existing monitoring tools?

Usually. Most monitoring and security tools can send alerts by webhook or API, which n8n can receive and route.
