The problem

01

What this solves.

Per-task pricing grows with the business, some data cannot leave your infrastructure, and a quick self-hosted n8n without backups, updates, or monitoring becomes a risk.

What changes

  • n8n running in your account, owned by you
  • Backups, updates, and monitoring in place
  • Existing automations moved without downtime
  • Clear costs that do not grow per task

Use cases

02

What this looks like in practice.

Typical examples. Every build is scoped to your own process and systems.

01

Zapier to n8n

Forty Zaps are rebuilt in n8n, run in parallel for a week to compare results, then switched over one group at a time.

02

Self-hosted in the EU

n8n is deployed in the client's own cloud account in an EU region, with a managed database, backups, and alerting.

03

Scaling up

A busy instance is moved to queue mode with workers, so long-running workflows no longer block others.

Scope

03

What we can build.

Capabilities

  • n8n Cloud or self-hosted setup
  • Queue mode for higher volumes
  • Separate development and production
  • Backups, updates, and monitoring
  • Zapier and Make migration
  • Credential and access setup

How it works

We recommend cloud or self-hosted based on your data, volume, and team. The instance is created in your account and you own it; we build and maintain the workflows inside it.

Tools we commonly work with

  • n8n
  • Docker
  • PostgreSQL
  • Zapier
  • Make
  • Cloudflare
  • GitHub

Limits and human review

The n8n instance and its licence belong to you. Hosting n8n on our own servers for clients would need a commercial agreement with n8n, so we set it up in your account instead.

Questions

06

Common questions.

Should we use n8n Cloud or self-host?

Cloud is simplest to run. Self-hosting gives more control over data location and cost at volume, but needs maintenance. We recommend based on your situation.

Will the migration interrupt our business?

No. New workflows run alongside the old ones until results match, then we switch over in planned steps.
