The problem

01

What this solves.

Automations break quietly when a supplier changes an API, a form gets a new field, or a process changes. Without someone watching, errors build up until a person notices something is missing.

What changes

  • Problems detected and fixed before they spread
  • Workflows kept up to date as tools change
  • A regular review of what is working
  • A named contact who knows your systems

Use cases

02

What this looks like in practice.

Typical examples. Every build is scoped to your own process and systems.

01

Post-launch care

After a build, workflows are monitored and tuned during the first months as real volume reveals edge cases.

02

Adopted automations

Existing automations built by someone else are documented, stabilised, and brought under monitoring.

03

Continuous improvement

A monthly review identifies the next workflow worth automating, scoped and delivered within the plan.

Scope

How it works

We agree the workflows covered, response times, and reporting up front. Monitoring runs continuously, and you get a regular summary of runs, errors, fixes, and recommended next steps.

Questions

05

Common questions.

Can you support automations you did not build?

Yes, after an onboarding review. We document and test them first, and tell you about any risks before taking them on.

What response times do you offer?

They are agreed in writing for each plan, with faster response for business-critical workflows.

Do we have to use n8n Cloud?

No. We support n8n Cloud and self-hosted instances in your own account.
